Before anyone books an appointment, they look at the website and Google profile. Seeing friendly faces, bright rooms and an impression of the process makes people feel welcome before their first visit. Empty waiting rooms and stock photos do not achieve that.
I photograph medical practices, dental practices, physiotherapy, therapy practices, social institutions, law firms and consultancies in Saarland. The work takes the ongoing operation into account, for example before consultation hours, during the lunch break or on a quiet afternoon. Patients are only photographed with their express consent, alternatively staff re-enact scenes.
