Technology is only a means to an end.
Emotion is the real goal.

Whether advertising photography, industrial photography, event photography or a corporate film: every production should not only show something but trigger something. That is what I have been working on as a photographer and videographer in Saarland for over 20 years.

What I offer

Services

Photo and video production for companies, agencies and institutions in Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate and Luxembourg. Every project starts with a short conversation about the goal and use of the images.

Advertising Photography Saarland

Good advertising photography makes a product tangible before the customer holds it in their hands. I photograph products, food, exhibitions and brand worlds for online shops, catalogues, posters, ads and social media. Whether cut-outs on a white background, staged product photos or lifestyle shots with people: we agree on the image concept together beforehand so the photos match your brand. The shoot takes place at your company or at a suitable location in Saarland.

Industrial Photography Saarland

Industrial photography shows what your company is made of: machines, manufacturing processes, facilities, logistics and the people behind them. I work during operations, comply with your safety requirements and plan the process so production is disrupted as little as possible. The images are suitable for website, annual report, recruiting, trade press and trade fair appearances. Typical sectors are mechanical engineering, automation, automotive, steel, energy and skilled trades.

Videography & Corporate Film Saarland

As a videographer in Saarland, I produce corporate films, commercials, product videos, recruiting films and short clips for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. From the idea through planning and shooting to the final edit with colour grading and suitable music, everything comes from one source. Interviews, gimbal shots and drone footage complement the film as needed. Photos and video can be created on the same day, which saves time and budget.

Event Photography Saarland

At company parties, trade fairs, conferences, anniversaries and Christmas parties I work as an event photographer without being the centre of attention. This creates natural images of guests, speakers and special moments. On request there is a quick preselection for social media and press work. Event photography and event video combine well, for example for a short recap film of your event.

Business Portraits Saarland

Consistent staff photos, headshots and team photos for website, LinkedIn, press work and recruiting. I photograph directly at your company, matched to your corporate design, so all images fit together. Besides classic portraits, natural shots at the workplace are also possible on request, showing who is behind your company.

Medical Practice Photography Saarland

Patients and clients often decide based on the first impression online. I photograph and film medical practices, law firms and service providers: rooms, team and processes, authentically and with consideration for ongoing operations. The images and videos are suitable for website, Google Business Profile and social media.

Drone Photography Saarland

Drone footage shows size and location at a glance: company premises, production halls, properties, construction sites, solar installations or events from the air. I create aerial photos and drone videos in Saarland and the surrounding area, as part of a corporate film or as a separate job. Flight area, permits and weather are checked before the date so everything runs smoothly on the shooting day. The combination of aerial footage and ground-level images is particularly effective.

About me

Photographer & videographer in Saarland for over 20 years

I'm Ashkan Amir, photographer and videographer from Saarbrücken. For over 20 years I have been photographing and filming for companies, agencies and institutions, from regional businesses to national brands.

Whether mechanical engineering, automation, logistics, healthcare, food or retail: I come to you, work discreetly during operations and deliver images and videos that fit your communication. Photo, video and drone come from one source, with one fixed contact person from the first conversation to delivery.

I studied design and marketing (Bachelor of Arts). That is why I photograph from a marketing perspective, so to speak: I first ask where the images will be used and who they should reach, and plan motifs and visual language accordingly.
